AMI Healthcare is expanding its operation into Southeast Asia and we are seeking for our new office in Bangkok, Thailand a Chief Operating Officer reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The company will be responsible for the Southeast Asia operations, its business development, the project management of hospital development and the corporate leadership of the various activities in
the region. 

Candidate Experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of significant and successful executive leadership experience in a healthcare delivery system with significant operating success in developing new hospitals
  • COO or related health system leadership experience
  • Significant operating success in a healthcare leadership role required.
  • Demonstrated experience as a change leader in achieving top decile quality, safety and clinical excellence outcomes.
  • Leadership track record in developing a positive organizational experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing financial operations of a large 300+ hospital facility.
  • Understanding and commitment to process and continuous improvement methodologies and approaches.
  • Candidates with multi-cultural experience preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate at all levels with a excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills in English.
  • Thai language ability is a strong advantage.
